These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases from DrivenByMas (drivenbymas.com), a small business based in Fair Oaks, California. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Product use: accent lighting only

Our products are aftermarket accent lighting accessories intended for appearance only. They are not headlights, fog lights, or road illumination and must not be used as a substitute for required vehicle lighting. You are responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local lighting laws where you drive. Some uses may be restricted to off-road or show use.

2. Fitment

Products are designed to fit 2003–2005 Subaru Forester USDM (US-market) bumpers. They may not fit other model years, non-USDM bumpers, or bumpers that have been modified, repaired, or replaced with aftermarket parts. Please confirm your vehicle and bumper before ordering.

3. Preorders and fulfillment

Items may be sold as preorders. Estimated fulfillment is about 3 weeks from the date of your order. This is an estimate, not a guarantee; we will contact you by email if your order will be delayed significantly, and you may cancel an unshipped preorder for a full refund.

4. Installation

The buyer is responsible for installation. We recommend professional installation if you are not comfortable working with vehicle wiring. DrivenByMas is not responsible for damage to your vehicle, wiring, or electrical system caused by improper installation or modification.

5. Returns

To request a return or report a problem, email support@drivenbymas.com with your order number. Please see our Returns policy for eligibility and timelines.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We may cancel and refund any order in case of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, products are provided without warranties beyond those stated on our site or required by law, and DrivenByMas’s total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including fines, citations, or vehicle damage resulting from use or installation.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
